H3-107 Controls Commissioning and the Performance Verification Testing Plan

This week I talk about my new favorite document the Performance Verification Testing Plan or PVT Plan for short.  I constructed this for the Controls Contractor on a recent project and now I am looking at how I can incorporate this into my commissioning forms going forward!
