This week we are talking with Mark Walter, the Founder and Principal at Virtual Cx. His firm provides services to other Building Commissioning Company large and small.  I like the niche that Mark is filling with his company and they are truely one of the most innovative services firms that I have seen in a construction industry where the term "innovative" is rarely seen.
