This week on HVAC 360 we talk about the NCBC (National Conference on Building Commissioning) with Liz Fischer and Jesse Sycuro. Liz is the Executive Director of the Building Commissioning Association and Jesse chair's the NCBC Planning Committee. We talk about the beginnings of the conference and it's relationship with PECI, as well as what attendees can expect from the conference this year, May 6-8, 2013, in Denver, Colorado.
